Beverly McGowan

Originally from New England, I relocated to Palm Coast from Rockland County, NY 15 years ago to escape the ice & snow and have been a Realtor since 1998.

Prior to moving to Florida I was an Insurance Broker for 34 years, assisting clients with property & casualty insurance. I became a realtor because I enjoy assisting clients and found my work in real estate was very similar to the time spent in the insurance industry.

With over 15 years as a full-time Realtor, I am very well qualified to assist both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. I love working with people and my greatest joy as a Realtor is finding the perfect home for a family by listening and being attentive to their needs, wants and desires. As a listing agent I research the market and take advantage of the latest marketing tools available and provide regular communication to the seller.

I am a parishioner at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and participate in many ministries. I also enjoy volunteering with the Flagler Auditorium at school functions as well as their productions. Hobbies include travel, swimming, walking, bicycling and time spent outdoors in the sunshine.
