Brought up in a family of hard-working business owners, James Stup developed a strong work ethic and knew early on helping others remains his true purpose in life.

In 2009, James Stup left the rural area of Westmoreland County Pennsylvania and moved to Palm Coast with his family. After relocating, he began to attend the local schools and graduated from Matanzas High School 2015. Through those years, James experienced an excellent education comprised of wonderful teachers and peers; many of whom still remain in his network today.

James went on to attend Daytona State College where he graduated with both, an Associate of Arts Degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Supervision/Management. During this time, he gained an array of experience owning an automotive parts business then becoming a licensed Pharmacy Technician. While both industries satisfied James’s desire to help others, he always held a burning desire to help people in real estate. So, he decided to become a licensed REALTOR and enter into the world of real estate full time.

You will discover that James remains involved in the local community through playing his saxophone at local restaurants, bars, and events throughout Flagler County. He also loves animals and walking his dog through the beautiful scenic areas that our city offers.
