With nearly a mile of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway, Tidelands on the Intracoastal, is located in Palm Coast, Florida, just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona Beach and 75 east of Orlando and occupies nearly 132 acres of huge, old oaks, palmetto palms and other lush tropical vegetation. A morning walk or an evening stroll, centered around the magnificent views of passing yachts, makes for memories yet to happen. As you walk beneath the protected canopy of oaks and here the singing of local birds, you know that this is nature in its finest hour.
Tidelands on the Intracoastal, when completed will be comprised of 156 homesites and 386 condominiums and Tequesta style townhomes. 50% of the land is marked for preservation, allowing for 11-acres of interconnecting lakes and lagoons navigateable for canoeing & kayaking. Cabanas, hot tubs, water misters, a pool with a shallow-water tanning ledge, and a seasonal Tiki bar promise to make the Intracoastal pool the center of social activity.
The proposed pool’s “waterpark” is sure to keep the kids grinning from ear to ear and a second planned activity area will boast a second swimming pool , entertainment lounge, fitness center, hot tub, fire pit, activity room and grand lawn. One of the most elaborate trail systems is planned, criss-crossing lakes over bridges thru scenic open space and of course the one mile of Intracoastal Waterway. Imagine a lazy afternoon swinging in a hammock, letting the cares of the world pass you by. Even the tides, from which the community gets its name moves to the rhythm of nature.
